Is this Michael living in Ballytracey in 1901 and 1911

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Wexford/The_Harrow/Ballytracey/678274/
It looks like he moved in with his father in law so he may not have been born in Ballytracey

Possible brother.
There is a Charles Burke born to a Charles Burke and Anne Noctor in Ballycarrigreen in 1875

Ballycarrigreen is, like Ballytracey, in The Harrow DED as is Tobergal Michael's address when he married.

The 'familysearch' website shows a marriage on 7 July 1868 at Camolin of Charles Burke and Anne 'Nortor', the fathers recorded as Pat Burke and John Nortor.  The 'irishgenealogy' website has index entries for the marriage of Charles Burke and the marriage of Anne 'Nocton', both entries show registration in Gorey district in 1868, on page 667 of volume 12, the image is yet to be uploaded, but is imminent.
