Hi.

Will add to my notebook, but not sure when will next be passing on a week day. Someone may get there sooner. Did not get through Auckland this weekend as car became squashed in a Hamilton City rear ender pile up.

Hi Pam.

Added to my to do list.

I'm OK but went looking for an insurance repair quote today. What with a replacement certified drawbar costing NZ$300 plus front, and rear end, body replacements, I'm assuming the repair cost will be greater than market replacement value, so have started car hunting.

Pity as it was a great little run around, doing up to 900 km per week, his time of year.

Hi KentishKiwi

Finally got there Thursday afternoon 20th, and then escaped into the Auckland evening commute traffic. Only to have a car petrol pump failure, at a busy West Auckland intersection 2km from my lodgings for the night. But all go again now, so hopefully the bad luck with cars is over. Arrived home early hours today.

Thank you for your help. It is much appreciated. I will be sharing this with the lady researching this family. I am hoping to come home to NZ next year so will no doubt have a long list of queries to do for myself.
