The 1851 isn't much help I'm afraid as John Ridgway 17 born Ashbrittle, is a servant in the house of Robert Norman in Upton, Somerset.

Have checked his marriage to Mary Edwards and his father is named as Samuel Ridgeway which rules out the Cleeve family. Bit of a mystery is John!
