Hello
This is the Rufus family in Madeley that I can see from parish records and censuses. They don't seem to be visiting the Anglican church for baptisms at all.
Thomas Rufus born 1776 -7.2.1844 of Coalbrookdale Shropshire iron moulder at Upper forge Madeley on the 1841 census with two daughters Ellen and Sarah, his wife Hannah born 1778-1 .12 1829 of Coalbrookdale
l

Son Thomas born 1818 Shropshire with a Sarah born 1819 moulder Coalbrookdale Madeley on 1841 census
Daughter Sarah 26.4.1817-18 Feb 1818
Daughter Sarah dressmaker born 1826 Madeley (burial 10.2.1874 age 45)
Son
William married Hannah Higgins of Broseley 27 May 1843 of full age iron moulder.
(It looks like Hannah is the Hannah Rufus innkeeper married age 30 at Broseley on the 1851 so William has disappeared and it seems they had no children).
l
Granddaughter Louisa 11 months born Madeley on 1851 census with aunts Helen and Sarah at Coalbrookdale Paradise. (baptsim Louisa ann 30 June 1850 suggests her mother Sarah born at the workhouse).
There is that Louisa born 6 Sep 1810 added at the end of the year of baptisms with no parents. She's a maid in Kenilworth 1851.
William Rufus buried 30.10.1834 age 26 years.
Sarah buried 5 Aug 1836 age 23
Lucy buried 24 .12.1822 infant
Ellen Rufus d of Thomas Rufus moulder and Emily Russell bapt 25 June 1837 illegitimate
Joseph s of Maria Rufus and Joseph Brown 11 .1.1832 from Workhouse or House of Industry
Ann married John Nicklass 25.11.1827.
As you can see it looks like one family and there are Williams and Louisas
I'll see what else I can spy
