Death Certificate query

I am having a problem getting a death certificate for Seymour J MOYISE on GRO. I put in the relevent details but keeps coming up "No Results" Yet, her sons who died around the same time come up.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is.

Any information will very much appreciated

FreeBMD shows 3 deaths in the same qtr, same page reference.?

Yes, I have seen these. Just unable to get Seymour's death certificate.

I have however, got her burial details 26 Nov 1946 at the Ealing & Old Brentford Cemerty would also like to know if her sons were buried with her.That's another search.

I don't understand about not being able to get the certificate.
It's there in the index. Presumably shes there twice, under both Moyise and Seymour

The GRO pdf site has it indexed solely under Seymour, Joan aged 31y.

I don't understand either why it comes up with No Results when the boys deaths do.
