In the Kentish Gazette, Tuesday 18th February 1812 [published / printed - Canterbury] is ...

Died.
 ... Tuesday last, ... Same day, Richard Hood, esq. of Hull.


Any information, relating to this man, including age and burial, much appreciated thank you.

Wonder if this is him. No PR of the record just a transcript from F M P

Richard HODD buried 8 March 1812 Brenchley, Kent. Aged 55.

I think it took under a week Hull to London by boat. The suggested burial would be 3 weeks later.

Be handy if it mentioned Hull on any Memorial of his
