Not an easy family to find did any of them have a middle name ?

Just Elizabeth Ann (who was Anne, Ann E and Eliza Annie Julia) and two males who died in Scotland and England. Those with middle names were the last three of the children.

Yes, correct. William Downie is one of the siblings.
I have him "completed" in my private tree - born in 1859 and died in 1938.

See William died in Helensburgh this is where I live  :) sure I seen some thing for a James but can't find it now will have a look later

He's buried in St Andrews cemetery, Peebles

Gosh if you have anything on James that would be wonderful
