Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Looking at the other thread there is a lot of church records, many of these will now have the image of the civil record online
The marriage of Maurice and Elizabeth Lyons tells you that Daniel his father was a Mason which might help in the search for him.

Possible death for Daniel
1887, aged 63, married, informant daughter Mary? Sullivan, need to work out the place name Boherber or similar.

A Denis O'Sullivan married Mary Anne Flynn from Boherbee Tralee 1890, her father was Daniel a mason

They moved to Dublin so don't think any more clues to get from this family.
1901

1911

although the baptism of some of their Kerry born children do give other Flynn names possible sibling of Mary Ann and hopefully Maurice.

This woman if her age is correct is about 10 years younger that the Daniel who died in 1887 but possible.
Honoria Flynn Boherbee died 1892, aged 57 widow of Stone Mason informant may not be family, Sarah Newton.

Botherbee appears to also be spelt Botherboy and Botherbouy, it'a an area in the town of Tralee.

As you know already Daniel was married to Honoria Cronin and their marriage has no parents names

Between the two threads I think you have all of Maurice's siblings, you can look up marriages for them here
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp
and births of children
but with out parents names on the marriage I don't think you can get back any further with Daniel and Honoria.
