Transcription of a doc at LMA required

I am looking for someone who uses LMA archives to look at an original document for me.

An Insurance cert for Fenny Stratford, in Bucks, in the name of: "Richard Garner, Fenny Stratford, Buckinghamshire, victualler".  Reference CLC/B/192/F/001/MS11936/334/515393.

I don't think this is available digitally from Ancestry. Please correct me if that's wrong, and I will visit my local library and pull it from there.

A photo would be great, but just a full transcription would suffice.  Is anyone going soon for research?
