November 1900, 41 Marrowbone lane was a dairy yard in the hands of B. Kavanagh, Dublin -  Dublin newspapers had a sale notice for it due to Mr Kavanagh's retirement. Previously in February 1895, a coal dealer called Edward Toole / O'Toole died at no. 41.
