Did you mean to include a Link to the actual record?

There is probably Gaelic on it, but with English translation of same.

Capall = horse

My best guess...
in the Union of Baile atha cliat  = in the union of Dublin
In County of B A C  = in the county of Dublin
Bain...   = widow
Sclalaid = labourer
