Any idea at all when he was born.  I assume from your RAF reference that he was in the Second World War?

In what way is he related to the Parker family?
Ashford: Somerset, London
England: Devon, London, New Zealand
Holdway: Wiltshire
Hooper: Bristol, Somerset
Knowling: Devon, London
Southcott: Devon, China
Strong: Wiltshire
Watson: Cambridgeshire
White: Bristol
Windo - Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire

I’m seeing only two on the 1911 Canadian census:

Parents of one are William and Agnes:

The other was a servant.

Did he have a middle name?
