Rhigos/Dowlais Burials 1862?
« on: Thursday 06 September 18 10:23 BST (UK) »
Morning....Trying to find out where my great great grandfather, Jeremiah Collins is buried.  He died 01 March 1862 at Penyrhiw, Rhigos.  He migrated from Ireland early 1850's as a result of the potato famine and married Honora Malone in the Roman Catholic Church, Dowlais in 1853.  A Roman Catholic, I was wondering if anyone knows what cemetery they used in those days for people from Rhigos?  Also have hit a huge brick wall in trying to trace where exactly they came from in County Cork.  I have Jeremiah's father's name...also Jeremiah Collins and Honora's father's name Patrick Malone.  Any bright ideas?

Thank you!

Certainly looks like it could be.  Can I ask where do I look to find burial information such as this?

Thanks for your help...
