Muriel Spence: 1939 register look-up please

Hi,

Can anyone find Muriel M Spence on the 1939 register please.  She was born 26th August 1923 in Edinburgh.

I did find her during the free ancestry weekend but forgot to take down details or save the file.

I think she was in Durham in 1939.  She was my Grandfather's sister and later emigrated to Canada.

I don't know much about her so trying to find out more.
