Doesn't the fact that they were married by the Dean of Goulburn indicate that it was an Anglican marriage? (rather than Roman Catholic).

A little about the Dean of Goulburn in 1874 http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article63105475
adding : who married and had children

Have you considered sending a request to the NLA to look up the parish registers?  I have posted the live links to the Anglican ones already.   I am familiar with Anglicans, but a google search shows that Dean is not exclusively Anglican...  https://www.catholicculture.org/culture/library/dictionary/index.cfm?id=32961

Re Grace WILSON, Glebe death 1870 (#1742, parents as Alexander and Mary) …  I think we maybe should consider to set her aside at the moment … I think Henry WILSON is among the favourite names for that era in NSW ….

NSW ER 1870 THE GLEBE
Henry WILSON, Mitchell St, Glebe, household.

Sands 1867, 1869 Sydney Alpha Directory
Henry WILSON, butcher, Mitchell St, Glebe.

Sands 1873
Henry WILSON, butcher, Harden St Glebe.

Sands 1877
Henry P WILSON, butcher, Horden St, Glebe

NSW ER 1878 THE GLEBE
NONE named Henry WILSON listed for that electorate.

Grevilles PO Directory 1875
Henry WILSON, storekeeper, MOONBI.

Samsons Directory 1867
Liverpool Plains
H WILSON, Moonby.

Re 1874 Goulburn marriage
https://catalogue.nla.gov.au/Record/6104633?lookfor=goulburn%20nsw%20parish%20registers&offset=1&max=588173

You could contact the NLA  :)  giving them the details from Trove for that marriage  :)   all the same library  :)

I am sure they will provide transcription at least.   A contact (relative of my father's cousin) confirmed information about an Anglican marriage from around that era in that diocese, all the info was there despite many blanks on the NSW BDM record.  They had had it from the NLA back in the 1980s,  :)  ...  The NLA replied to my email request from around this time last year, validating their info for them....  :) I had asked if any fees.
