Family Search
« on: Sunday 09 September 18 22:56 BST (UK) »
Is there a problem with Family Search at the moment? I have forgotten my password and it is usually easy to reset however it is saying I need some LDS registration number. Last night it did give me the box to request a new number to be sent to my email address however the email address that it was sent to wasn’t quite right, which was strange. I have emailed them however they have not got back to me and a I am being impatient.

I'm getting a blank sign in page so something is wrong. Didn't something like this happen a while ago?

It's working fine for me still (using Edge with Windows 10).

Working for me now.
But there is a message:

Some features on FamilySearch may be unavailable as we make improvements to the site starting Monday, September 10th at 7:00 am (UTC+0-1:00) and lasting about 4 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The following site isn't perfect, but  very useful for checking whether anyone else has a problem with accessing a website.

http://www.isitdownrightnow.com

"Is It Down Right Now" monitors the status of your favorite web sites and checks whether they are down or not. Check a website status easily by using the below test tool. Just enter the url and a fresh site status test will be performed on the domain name in real time using our online website checker tool. For detailed information, check response time graph and user comments."
