Was this scanned or re-photographed? Its badly out of focus. With a decent scan the edges and the actual damage should be sharp and in focus.

I was given it, can't access the original now so this is a scan at 800 of the photo I have whick may be a scan or retake of what I reckon may be a polyphoto. If this means it is undoable then thanks for looking. P
