Found old family photo of Ian in need of restoration

This old photo is in a dire state and needs cleaning up...Any help out there.?

Thank You very much indeed DrDude45. How on earth did you manage to get rid of the crease, I wonder...I tried and gave up..
Another improvement by Handypanda.....It gets better and better.

The crease was easy. The creases where his cheeks meet up to his nose was the only real tough part.  The one on the right was the least damaged, so I repaired it first, then replicated and mirrored it on the opposite side. Touching up the angle and then removing the residual remnants and viola.

Glad you're happy with the final product.  Will work on the other one as time permits.
I just like to do photo restores.
