I am trying to find out when J E Fauquier finished his service in the RCAF. Also, was he still in the UK on 30 April 1945. I believe his number was C1399

According to his service record he retired from the RCAF 4 December 1945.

He was posted from No. 617 Squadron to RCAF Overseas HQ on 14 May 1945, so still in the UK on the date quoted.
