Claudine Josephe MARQUANT, âgée de 19 ans, née en cette commune le 15 prairial an septième de la République & y domiciliée, fille naturelle née hors mariage de François Joseph MARQUANT, âgé de 63 ans, journalier, domicilié en cette commune ... et de feue Florence DUFRENE décédée en cette dite commune...

Allowing for spelling errors on the original document, I'd go for Streatham, Surrey, and Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

François Joseph MARQUANT died in Tilques on February 11th, 1845
