Marriage witness signature

Hi all,

Having trouble deciphering the bottom name here on the marriage between Mary Ann Freeman and William Turner at Deptford St Pauls (1860). First name is Thomas Turner, not sure of the second.

Robbins - Wolverhampton.

in 1861 census there is a 70 year old Joseph Dawkins in Deptford St Paul.  In the same household are Harry Tozer and Caroline F Tozer (I see you have Tozers in your surname interest)

Joseph DAWKINS also seems to have been the parish clerk. Lots of witness signatures by him!
