US (california) divorce records online?

Hello, Im after a divorce record for a George Leonard Smith (my uncle) and a Pamela J Buick...

I had always believed George, to have been a batchelor till he died, but... ancestry is showing two records that match him, one is a wolverhampton england marriage for him (where I live) in 1951, the other is a list of a California divorce index 1966-1984 for a George L Smith and a Pamela J... (but I dont have international access so cant see it)

Im  not sure if I can see, find details of this online to try and rule the relationship in or out...

anyone? anything?

I havent got the exact date... of his birth, just the 1927 year...

Im thinking that Pamela Jean wouldnt be the one though, as id have known about her if he had married in his latter years (I last saw him about a year before he died)..

Im still thinking he never did marry, or my dad would have known of it ... but... who knows when he was younger if... lol

No, he didnt live in Birches Part Road, thats a digfferent part of the city (the posher side  lol)

Im as sure as can be now that I can count him out as being mine:)
