Joe Taylor of Aberdeenshire Survivor of Dunkirk , Improvement Required please

Joe Taylor was a Survivor of the "Comfort" Sinking at Dunkirk , the vessel was previously a fishing vessel from  Fraserburgh and on war duties


can anyone improve this photo, any help given is greatly appreciated
