Painting signature
« on: Sunday 16 September 18 17:07 BST (UK) »
An old estate house, now owned by a local charitable trust, has a painting from around 1925 of a former owner. They would like to know the name of the artist but have been unable to decipher the signature.

Any thoughts gratefully received

thanks in advance

Edward

Could first letter be an A (Ariaz)?

I wondered in the last letter was an artistic "n" to make the signature more distinctive   :-\

Compare the signature on "Study of a person with a mask" and Robert is your mother's brother!
