Hi everyone,

The last thing I want to do is offend anyone on RootChat.  It is a marvellous free service which I have used many times over the years and I hope to use it for many years to come.  The restorations you produce are excellent and I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into providing this service.

The comment I made to Rami was meant to express surprise that my uncle had lost his glasses and the exclamation marks were meant to emphasise the humour of the situation.  Sorry if it backfired Rami.

Regarding Pat. I made a request which she acceded to.  I thanked her for her original restoration and told her that the remedied one was brilliant.  We also had a conversation about my uncle. If I offended you in any way Pat, please accept my apologies.
