I believe it can be viewed at Dublin Records Office or LDS Centres can order it in to view there. I read somewhere that the government are considering relaxing the 100 year rule on this one because so many previous census results were destroyed/lost etc.

I reeeeaaaally hope they do and soon!!

One suggestion -
You can order it and view it through your local LDS family history centre - but you would have to know which area you need!
You can also check Irish BMD there, so you could try that first then order the appropriate census area.

 Hi there,
The 1901 and 1911 Census records are in the process of being digested and indexed and are to be made accessible over the internet free of charge.
The project is being carried out by the NRI in Partnership with the Library and the Archives Canada, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2008.
The 1911 Census returns for the city and county of Dublin are scheduled to be the first records to go on line in December 2006.
                                 Good Luck.
