1861 entry shows father John b Wales

Family Search has an 1826 marriage in Radnor to a Sophia Lloyd but no way of knowing if it’s the right marriage

The 1861 census for John Jones (and Henry and Emma Jones) at 8 Robert Street, Chelsea says John was born in Llandridod, Wales in 1786 which is within the Radnor area so could be a possibility.  Thank you.
