Enniscorthy Birth Records (Civil record) 1917

I'm using Irish Genealogy website to trace birth records and I can't find any 1917 civil records for births in Enniscorthy in 1917 which is the year my Grandfather was born. Does anyone know why this gap exists?

have a look on find my past gives names and 1917 plus but then you would have to pay to see all the information
also family search gives births 1917 plus
