This couple married in 1850,

1861 Palace road Westminster St Margaret
Mathias Martin  40  solder grenadier guard b Ramsbury Wiltshire
Lucy Martin  40 b Chively, Berkshire

Mathias died in 1879 in Wrexham. His gravestone states he had been a servant at Plas Power for 17 years,
Also LATE  GRENADIER GUARDS, WHO SERVED AT THE CRIMEA
but I can`t find him there  in Plas Power, or anywhere close. . It may be a transcription error and could be other durations, but I still can`t find him or Lucy any where.
Lucy is  still in Plas Power , Wrexham, Denbighshire  in 1881 and 1891.

Matthias Martin Service Date:1854-1855
Service Place:Crimea Campaign or Service:Crimean War
Regiment or Unit Name:3rd Battery Grenadier Guards Regimental Number:4736

Any help with his army service would also be great.

Can't find a great deal regarding his Army service other than the fact that he enlisted in 1844 aged 22 and left the Army in 1866 aged 44.
