Grandfather Peter Mullen

Assistance if possible : My Grandfather Peter Charles Mullen : Born 1900 Died 1990 .
Liverpool . I have him on the 1911 census . Father Michael , Mother Ellen .

I also found him on the library's FindMyPast merchant navy. Struggling with Ellen in 1901

Can anyone find them for me?

1901 census shows them at 3/7 Cranmer St, Liverpool.
