Will filed in Elizabeth, NJ

Some advise please
I would like to get a will from 1924 (Olivia Lakeland, Summit NJ). It seams to have been filed in Elizabeth, NJ going by newspaper reports.
What is my first port of call in trying to obtain this will and probate?

1. Google the city and state to learn the county.
Elizabeth NJ  --> Union County NJ

2. Google the name of the county and state followed by "probate" to get the right department.

3. then I looked in the left column and found

I'm not saying it's correct, but it looks like the best place to start.
