And the will of Jeremiah Thurston of Ovington, proved Archdeaconry of Norwich, 1851!

I found a marriage for Jeremiah to Diana Bowen in 1815 Cockney Cley
Don't understand the Judith bit though.

Wow thank you that's great.
I know Judith is totally throwing me off.
I thought maybe Henry was baptised in 1818 but actually born earlier before his father's marriage to Diana but all the censuses say he was born about 1818.

It could be some kind of mistake perhaps.
There's a Diana Bowen baptized at Watton, 22 October 1782

To confuse matters even more there seems to be two Jeremiahs married to Diana.
There is Jeremiah Thurston who married Diana Bowen in 1815
And there is Jeremiah who married Diana Deeks in 1814 in Hingham.

How do I know which Jeremiah is the right one?

One of the Jeremiahs is son of Jeremiah(born 1749) and Susanna Hubbard.
Don't know which one!

It's Jeremiah who was born before his father Jeremiah married Diana/Dinah, Henry was born after the marriage.

In his will he acknowledges that both Jeremiah and Henry are his sons.

Thank you.
I think I've figured some of it out. I think that my Jeremiah is married to Diana Bowen but that means the family tree I had worked out above him is all as it's for the other Jeremiah.
Now I can't find a birth/baptism for Jeremiah. All I know is he was born abt 1777 in Norfolk.
If anyone can find his parents would be hugely grateful.

That's the one I found but I don't think it's the right one. There are two Jeremiahs both born about the same time, both married Dianas so I think that one is for the other Jeremiah.
