You obviously didn't try to use BT webmail from about midday yesterday until midday today. It was virtually impossible to login as they'd made a mess of an upgrade. The internet had loads of complaints about BT incompetence (again).
OH uses it nearly all the time and has not had any problems either yesterday or today, so not sure what you're suggesting.
