im looking for a relative, i cannot seem to find him at all

joseph cooper born 1854 in henley oxfordshire

1861- with family in henley- thomas and ellen( parents) also siblings
1871 with family in henley- thomas ellen (parents) also siblings
1881 - with family in henley - thomas and ellen (parents) some siblings and lodgers @the marketplace cannon

1891- with one brother in henley, rotherfield gray, 34

cannot find any record of him after this, no death, no 1901 or 1911.

labourer by trade

mother maiden name was tomalin/ tomlin/ have checked all other relatives

please help me
