Hi All,

My father Laurence White passed away in June. I'm looking for more information about his life. He mentioned that he went to West Mark school circa 1953 - 1956.

He may have gone by Lou or Larry. Does anyone who went to West Mark remember him?

You could try contacting the local newspaper for that area;  they might publish a small item.

You make find that social media sites like facebook are better for your query, rootschat is mainly for looking for our Ancestors rather than living people.

Thank you for your replies. The reason I posted to RootsChat is that I had seen a rare lengthy post regarding a West Mark reunion (West Mark School, Petersfield) and thought that some of those people may have gone to school with my dad. It looks like the chat is closed as the reunion seems to have happened in 2015.

Again, he would have attended around 1953 - 1956.
