'Entered from the North Star Miss B(oar?)child  x barmaid'

Possibly is:

Entered from the N Star Mistrefs Boar child & caremaid.

Also, 'at 8 crossed top gallant yards'. (re top gallant sails)

My suggestion:

Entered from the N Star Miss Boar child of
Barnard (Mates). Dis[embarke]d to do. Mess[age] recd of Mr Picket (Mid[shipman])

And lower down:

... Mrs Obousier (not sure of this - possibly not an English name)
Also Mr Hockley (late Mid[shipman] of North Star)
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

But surely after Disembarked to ditto there should be a person's name, not a message?

I took it to mean that Miss Boar came on board to visit her father (Barnard), then went back to the North Star.

I'm not sure the abbreviation is 'message' re Mr Picket. To my eye the word is identical to that before 'Boar' (comparison screenshot below).
