Otley graves Holmes family
« on: Wednesday 17 October 18 15:30 BST (UK) »
Hi to everyone,
I wonder if anyone can help me decipher some of the more difficult bits of this gravestone? So far I have been able to read the details of whose grave this is but it is the verse at the end which I cannot fathom. I wonder if anyone can make it out or if anyone is familiar with the verse? The dashes just represent the bits I cannot not make out and not the number of words!
Thank you

That is great - thank you so much shanghaipanda and arthurk.  This is the oldest gravestone I have come across of anyone in my research so I am really thrilled to be able to understand it all!
