I've just logged on in Safari and it's fine.

Do you have a current sub?
Have you put in the correct user name and password (Cap lock off, etc.)?
Are you having problems with any other sites?

Hi Gadget, I had a current sub and used it for years until today. I finally cancelled it after repeated attempts at trying to get on to the site. I put in the correct password and everything but the problem was that the page would simply not load and this is the only website that I have had this problem with or any problems. For the last few days or so I have not even been able to get to the log in page. The home page will not even load up. Scott

I'm wondering if it's an ISP issue. It's not a browser issue as when I can't access it makes no difference which browser I try. It is working again for me now.

It's OK today using Firefox.

By the way, anyone spotted the discreet Hint watermark that's started appearing on images served by Ancestry?

My guess is that it is not a problem with my ISP as many others have or have had the same issue. I don't think that they all have the same ISP and this is the only website that I have any issues with. The only time that I have very occasionally experienced this problem with other websites in the past is when they have just had to many people on them. Scott

Ancestry actually popped up a message at the top last night (where the cookie message usually is) saying they have been experiencing some problems, website again not working at all for me.
