Not sure if this is the right place, but it is in the right area.

1881 Census - RG11/1941 f99 pg10
Lower Close, Ferry House, St Mary in Marsh, Norwich.

Charles Feltham, Head, 74, Ferry Man, Stowbridge  Norfolk
Mary Ann            Wife, 89,                , Fakenham
Alice Brown         Servant, 16
William Steward   Servant, 15

1891 Census, looks like Charles is still there, occupation Deans Verger and Ferry Man.
