I can't see a birth for a Dorothy E Burrows 1904-1906 other than a Dorothy Eveline in Newark (Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire border) Neither can I see a link between Ivy Maud and Dorothy Emma. Ivy Maud's parents are George keplin Burrows born c1863 and Elizabeth born c1869 Plumstead Kent. In 1911 they are living in Essex. The have 5 daughters with them.
George Keplin's birth reg has his middle name as Kipling which is his mother's maiden name on the GRO index
Could there be a link between George and James Burrows as they were both born London.
