Can any one share information re ancestors of Joseph Quilliam who according to the England census was born in Castletown, Rushem, Isle of Man.

A little correction ;D That would be Rushen - Castle Rushen is in Castletown.

A baptism in neighbouring Malew parish:
22 September 1822, Joseph, son of John Quilliam and Margaret Moore.
