How do I obtain copies of these wills?

I found these two references in the National Archives catalogue:

and was redirected to the East Riding of Yorkshire Archives and Local Studies Service but I can't figure out how to obtain copies of these wills or even if that's possible to order them.

Can anyone explain the process to me? I'm in Australia.
