If the word before Minister is an abbreviated officiating (or similar?), the minister could be Charles Whea(...) ? Guesswork, I'm afraid.

FindMyPast has the allegation and bond for the marriage licence (diocese of Coventry & Lichfield).

Indexed as John Honger/Sarah Harison (one r), 9 April 1795.

John was a widower and a miller. For Sarah, Dovebridge is correct.

The bondsman was William Smith of Mayfield, Staffordshire.

Sarah has no middle name in the allegation/bond (could it be line-fillers in the register?)

Who said uncommon/unusual names were easy to research  ;D ;D ;D. Thanks, Bookbox. I'd seen John's earlier marriage bond to Sarah Fletcher. She died in 1790 in Mayfield, and is buried there.

I thought Sarah (Harrison, that is) could have a middle name of Ann? Fillers seem to be long dashes elsewhere ...
