Help on a Place Name for Donegal

Hoping someone may be able to help, trying to locate information on the Moore family in Donegal County, Ireland, have one of the children born on a farm at Kilhill, but can't seem to find the name Kilhill any where, wandering if this is an incorrect name.

 Kill Hill is a small place within the townland of Cashel near Creeslough, NW Donegal.
 What names and dates have you? I should be able to find some info on those Moores.
