1841 Census lookup please for Mearns

David Mearns and Elizabeth Law were married 1839. They had 2 daughters, Mary b 1841 and Elizabeth b 1843. David must have died before 1847 when wife Elizabeth married again. Please could someone find them on the 1841 census? They married in St Cuthberts, Edinburgh, and both children were christened in Canongate, Edinburgh.

have searched and searched the 1841 census and the best fit i can find is:

179 canongate

david mearins...age 30...brass founder...born ireland
elizabeth mearins...age 25...born midlothian
margaret mearins...age 2 months...born midlothian

i found their marriage on the igi's, on the 26/4/1839 and the birth of one daughter:

mary erskine mearns...18/4/1841

is there a clue in the middlename erskine?
