Parish/Baptismal records - Swindon/Cricklade

If anyone has a chance to look for my grandmother's baptism I would be most grateful.  Problem is she was adopted & I don't know if her given names were chosen by her birth mother or adopted family. 
Ivy Violet Wheeler (adopted surname - original unknown) born Swindon or Cricklade area (possibly Purton) 19 April 1911.

A long shot I know.  Don't know how long after birth people used to be baptised or even if she would have been.  Sorry can't be more precise but it is driving me mad trying to find out who she really was!!
