Conscientious Objectors
« on: Friday 23 September 05 22:35 BST (UK) »
Can someone please tell me if it is possible to obtain records about someone who may have been interned in  New Zealand for the duration of the Second World War, because they were a conscientious objector and  refused to take up Military Service. Would there have been some type of Court Martial.Thanks.

Thanks, the site is brilliant and I have added it to my favourites, unfortunately it is not any help to me at this time, as I have to wait until 2021 to access it, as access is restricted for 100 years from the birth of the individual.Oh well one can live in hope after all its only another 16 years.
