Just thought would b well worth a 1891 census request for James.  Since he married Eliza later in 91 I would expect he is a widower and will let u know if the children r with him.

Omelia Atkinson Rycroft died mar 1/4 1890 Caistor  7a 468 age 37 years

age doesnt quite correspond with census but this looks like Elizas birth

Eliza Frances Fellows born Hull Jun 1/4 1859 9d 203

Cant find her on 81 census worth a lookup in 1891 also.
