Thank you, everybody!   Have spent a lovely morning in a bookshop and plan to go out for tea tonight to celebrate.  Then tomorrow its away to Cumbria for a 'boys weekend' with a pal.   Not so sure you'd want to see the photos of that!  May need all my Libran powers of diplomacy to persuade Nigel that he really, really should spend half an hour in a Sedburgh graveyard!

Towards the end of the weekend, I will be recommencing my tour of northern workingmen's clubs (the so-called 'Cap In Hand' Tour, promoting my website... did I mention I've got a website, by the way -  bit poorly at the moment!?!)

Ah well, another year older and another day wiser (I wish!) :)
