Post them on the county board you think they were living in. :)Give as much detail about ages and places of birth of the people you have, it will make searching easier.

WOODCOCK: William (father), Emma Kesia/Kezia (nee Derrick), mother). Children 1873+: Harriet, Leonard, Celestine, Francis/Frank, May/Mary, George (can't remember them all)

My gt grandparents were heavily religious.

Do you know if the painter decorator had his own business as you mention son as well?  Perhaps they were employed by a firm. St Dunstans Brighton and London)  do rehab for blind people as I was tracing and ancestor post WW1 who went blind.

Zeb I think some of 1891 transcription of some parts of Birmingham are on the web free courtesy of local family history society so may be able to locate family there.
